About the role

We're looking for an experienced Producer/Director to join our team. The individual will work across a variety of projects from animation, documentaries, promotional videos, branded content, corporate and social. The individual should have a solid understanding of how to put a production together and be comfortable with thinking commercially and creatively.

They will be entirely responsible for the project delivery from start to finish, ensuring client happiness, quality of output and delivering on time and on budget.

Project sizes will range from small crews to large crews. Comfortable managing a team of creatives and working with the client to provide an exceptional service and end product.

Individual will run weekly meetings with the head of production and manage the output of the team and freelance network.

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly production meetings
  • Instruct work orders based on project requirements
  • Maintain projects are being delivered on time, on budget and on objective
  • Keep stakeholders informed at all times of important information
  • Create paperwork required to manage productions
  • Book crews· Organise shoots
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Update CRM
  • Update project management software
  • Troubleshoot or intercept project related challenges that may arise
  • Manage multiple projects at a time

  • Has worked in other areas of production like editing and camera operating
  • Advanced in Office Suite
  • Advanced in Adobe Suite
  • Has good scriptwriting skills
  • Full Driving Licence & Car
